Cryptographic consent propagation. Tokens that expire, revocation that propagates, scope verification.

Cognitive Routing Layer. Safety-mandatory AI model routing with refusal-to-route and multi-vendor consensus.
HCP
Human Communication Protocol. Intent-aware messaging with accessibility built into the protocol.
Content Provenance
Cryptographic provenance chains. Attribution that survives AI transformation, credibility signals.
Mesh Identity
Transport-agnostic identity for LoRa, Meshtastic, and offline mesh networks. 32-byte micro-credentials.
How to start
1. Start with the SDK monorepo or pick a spec repo from github.com/noevafoundation and read the README.
2. Check for open issues or areas marked as needing help.
3. Open a discussion or issue before starting significant work, so we can coordinate.
4. All contributions follow our constraint-mandatory principles: safety is protocol-level, consent is cryptographically binding.
Teach
We teach children to read books but not how to understand their inner world. Human Literacy is our answer: curated courses from a diverse set of voices around the world. A database of verified human knowledge.
Emotional education
How to recognise and work with your patterns. Understanding why you feel what you feel, and how emotions work together in balance.
Technology education
How to navigate the digital world safely. Understanding data, privacy, consent, and how AI systems work.
Financial education
How to build sustainable independence. Understanding money, investment, and economic systems.
Your expertise
We are looking for people with knowledge to share. Teachers, therapists, researchers, practitioners, anyone with genuine wisdom to contribute.

We are building a curated library of courses taught by people who know what they are talking about. If you have expertise in emotional literacy, technology education, financial resilience, or a related field, we want to hear from you.

If you are a researcher working in coherence, privacy, identity, emotional modelling, or a related area, we would like to explore how we can work together. We provide open science infrastructure and federated computation. You bring the research questions.

Anyone can submit a project proposal. If your idea aligns with NOEVA's mission, it can receive contributor matching through HumanHub and funding from the care system and patent licensing revenue.
The process: submit your idea, get feedback from the community, find collaborators whose gifts match what the project needs, and build. Projects that demonstrate real impact can receive ongoing support. If you want to fund a specific area of work, we can help you direct your support where it will have the most impact.

NOEVA is a foundation, not a startup. Infrastructure takes time to build, and we need support to get there. We are funded by people who believe this infrastructure should exist.

Direct donations fund infrastructure, research, and education. Every donation goes toward building public infrastructure. We do not sell data. We do not run ads.
